Domain Mapping Error

The domain mapping for my site is no longer working. The maudscafe.wordpress.com is active, but maudscafe.com is not. The option is there to map a custom domain, but when I try the maudscafe.com address I get this error:
“This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.’
To my knowledge, this account is the only admin for this site and we never received notification that there would be a change to the domain mapping. Our site has been down for several days, and needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
That domain was mapped by another administrator on your site and that’s why you’re getting this error. However, I can manually map that domain to your site. For that, I need you to first purchase one of our plans as the domain mapping upgrade is now included in all of our plans.
When you have purchased the plan, reply back here and I’ll map the domain for you.

We have since purchased the Business plan, so we should be all set to map the domain. Could you also please tell us the username of the other administrator who was mapping the domain onto our site? As we thought we only had this account, that would be very helpful. Thank you.
