Domain Mapping Error: It didn't work and stole my money. Can this be fixed?
-
I own the domain diyreservestudy.com and purchased the Domain Mapping service for the new blog I’m creating, entering the domain correctly into the title.
I purchased the service using PayPal, and now it appears on my account as diyreservestudydotcom.wordpress.com. This is wrong and dumb. It also appears that I received (2) individual receipts, and was even charge twice for the mapping (which never worked).
Please help me resolve this issue!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

For starters you seem to have two problems
Did you follow these instructions EXACTLY? Including the part about changing your name servers to point to WordPress.COM?
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
Also once you make the changes it can take 24 to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet
Your name servers don’t seem to be pointing here
You domain mapping should work once you change the name servers and then wait for the changes to reach the far corners of the internet
you also made some sort of typo when you registered the blog – don’t type “diyreservestudy.com” for the blog name or you will get “diyreservestudydotcom” just register a new blog
Dashboard >> My Blogs >> Register a new blog
the staff can move the mapping if you ask them to (in this thread)
I will flag this for the staff to review your charges also

If you want I can move your domain (http://diyreservestudy.com/) to a different blog. If so, then please let me know which blog you want me to move it to.
Thank you.
