Domain mapping expiration

  I’ve been told that one of my domain subscriptions has expired (I bought my domain via GoDaddy so the site is mapped to WordPress) three days ago, I followed the instructions by going to “My Upgrades” and clicking the renew button but there didn’t seem to be one.

  Does anyone know how to renew it?

  You need to be logged in as the exact account that bought / owns the upgrade

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades has the list you have seen – what is the expire date?

  Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History >> Should have what you have paid for in the past

  Did you have Auto Renew enabled?

  Thank you so much! Your comment about it being the exact account that bought the upgrade made me remember that it had been paid for via a different account attached to the site.

  It’s all sorted now and I’ve put on Auto Renew!
