Domain mapping expired

  https://moodlecegeps.ca/ should be the main domain of sharethemoodleknowledge.wordpress.com

  What should I do to fix this problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy!

  It looks like moodlecegeps.ca has expired and needs to be renewed through GoDaddy.

  The domain mapping upgrade through WordPress.com can be renewed by logging into the account that owns that upgrade. Once logged in, navigate to Manage Purchases. This is a different account than the one you’ve contacted us from.

  I’ve sent an email to the account that owns the domain mapping upgrade to help you locate those credentials.

  I got it. I have admin permission on the account but I’m not the owner. we’ll work this out.

  The domain at GoDaddy is valid until 2018. So the issue seems to be with the mapping.

  We received notification that our WordPress renewal is due on Dec 3rd. It’s a premium account. Why would the domain mapping suddenly stop working?

  Unfortunately, I’m not able to reveal these details since we aren’t being contacted from the site owner’s account.

  The site owner can add on to this thread or start a new one and add the ‘modlook’ tag for staff help.
