domain mapping expired

  Hi, my domain mapping expired, i only looked at my email a month after, i keep hitting the renew now button on my email but it doesn’t take me anywhere to pay. is there some way you can re issue my invoice so i can pay and get back online without loosing what i have started, or do i have to start over, thank you for your help, or where can i email for help, kind regards, stefka
