Domain mapping expired

  Our dive club website is offline as the ‘Mapped Domain’ has expired.
  The domain divetech.org.uk still has over a year of registration left, and is hosted with TSOHost. The DNS settings are still configured to point to the wordpress nameservers.

  Would it be possible to get the mapping restored?
  We are currently running events and the site being down is causing some stress.

  Hi @zadjil, we stopped selling mapping without plans several years ago, but it looks like the upgrade is still renewable if you’ll hurry. Can you have hannahbiggs38 log in and renew?

  Thanks. We’ve resolved the issue for the moment.
  Is it possible to change the administrator that can do this? Ideally this would be @divetechinfo, as this account is owned by the club
  Also, is it possible to have this set up to automatically renew?

  Hi there,

  If someone else needs to take over management of the upgrade, please ask the current owner to reply here and specify which user should take things over, and we can transfer the upgrade to their account.

  Or if hannahbiggs38 is no longer involved with the site at all, they can transfer ownership of the site and all upgrades as explained here:

  Once the mapping is transferred to the new owner, they’ll be able to set up automatic renewal by adding a payment method to the upgrade on the Purchases page.
