Domain mapping expired but paid

  Hello!

  I’ve paid my domain mapping for one year, on September 4th, 2015. The paypal ID is: [redacted] and the payment appears on my WordPress Desktop.

  As it didn’t worked, I repeat the payment again, same date. The Paypal ID is: [redacted] and also payment appears on my WordPress Desktop

  But now the system says that it is expired 31st days ago, when it is suposed to expire on September 2017, and it is not showing the site.

  I need an urgent solution for this.

  I’ve corrected the expiration date and refunded the extra purchase. I’ve also redacted the PayPal IDs… you won’t want to post those publicly. :) Cheers!
