Domain Mapping expires in 9 days. Premium Upgrade shows "unavailable."

  I have two current upgrades: Domain Mapping, which expires in 9 days and Custom Design which expires in 41 days. I’d like to upgrade to Premium for $99 per year, but when I try, it reads “upgrade unavailable.” I don’t want to lose either of those features. The blog I would like to upgrade is pragmaticcompendium.com
