Domain Mapping Failure: Encountering SERVFAIL Error & Error: Invalid IP Address

  Hello,

  My domain mapping has failed for ‘Boogies.Boutique’ from ‘boogiesboutique.wordpress.com’ due to a SERVFAIL error and per, https://www.whatsmydns.net, I’m receiving, ‘Error: Invalid IP address.’ When I contacted GoDaddy.com, they verified that the nameservers were setup correctly and mentioned that the WordPress team needs to update my IP Address and the domains zones.

  Is there a contact number or an email address for Technical support in order to have this issue resolved?

  Hi there,

  I see that you purchased a Site Redirect upgrade. That’s actually for redirecting visitors to a different site (for example, if you move from WordPress.com to a new host) rather than for mapping a domain to your site here.

  I swapped out that upgrade for our domain mapping upgrade, and now your domain is working for me: http://boogies.boutique/
