Domain mapping: .fi domain

  I seem to be facing a typical issue: Sorry but *domain* has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.

  Looking forward to staff assistance.

  The domain mapping process for certain domains requires staff add the mapping for you so you can complete the mapping process.

  Someone has already tagged this post for staff’s attention. So please hold on while staff can help you.

  Can you give me the name of the domain you are trying to map and the WordPress.com site you’d like to map it to?

  I’ve mapped that domain for you and set it to expire in one week. Before then, can you go in and renew it for the full year?

  Then you’ll need to update the name servers with your domain registrar. This article explains how:

  The name servers for WordPress.com are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you’re not sure how to change them, please contact your registrar for assistance.

  Once you have updated the name servers, it may take up to 48 hours for the domain to be pointed to your WordPress.com site.

  The same problem seems to be here. Could you add the domain mapping for us? The name servers are already updated.

  WP site: pekkaisotalus.wordpress.com

  Hi there,

  You have already mapped isotalus.fi for us and now we would like to add the subdomain en.isotalus.fi to make similar net pages also in English. But I got the message: Sorry but you do not have the correct permissions to map en.isotalus.fi. I guess we need your help. Could you add the site?

  Mapped domain: isotalus.fi
  Subdomain: en.isotalus.fi
  WP sites: pekkaisotalus.wordpress.com and pekkaisotalus.net

  Hi @zirkku, sorry we missed this earlier. That’s done. I’ve added the subdomain to the same site.

  You’ll need to add a cname pointing en.isotalus.fi to pekkaisotalus.wordpress.com, and you’ll need to renew here to complete the purchase:

  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades
