Domain mapping for “.com.br” is not working
-
Hello, I recently created a subdomain specifically for my blog. It is http://blog.hoteismabu.com.br and has the DNS pointed do WordPress as explained on the support page.
I bought the Domain Mapping Upgrade for $12 dollars, but it is not working.
I need to the WordPress staff to input the information and make it work.
P.S.: Just to make sure, my WordPress blog is http://hoteismabu.wordpress.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I remember reading somewhere that many country domains need staff intervention. I’m not sure why but I have marked your post modlook so they can sort it.

A here it is:
For domains such as .com.br and other international TLDs, your registrar may require us to add a zone record on the WordPress.com servers before you can update the name servers. Please contact support with the appropriate information, and we will take care of this for you.

Your subdomain already has a DNS zone record.
However, the domain’s CNAME is not correctly set up. It’s currently set to ns1.wordpress.com but should be pointing to hoteismabu.wordpress.com.
The record should read:blog.hoteismabu.com.br. IN CNAME hoteismabu.wordpress.com.Please see this page for more information:
