domain mapping for private site

  Hi, I have paid for domain mapping, but it only seems to work when my site is public and not when it is private. I can’t get past the log-in on the home page when the site is private. Anything I can do?

  I would send a feedback to staff asking for some clarification and help. Sounds like a back-end issue, and I know there are some strange circumstances where the old domains show up. Staff will have to look after that.

  Agreed, that’s a backend issue. Also that’s the first time I’ve heard about the issue myself.
