domain mapping help

  The renew button for domain mapping is missing, so I can’t renew. Please help!

  Are you the Admin of the blog and logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade for it?

  Yes. It says my domain mapping expired in March 2012, but there’s no button to renew.

  Strictly speaking “renew” applies only to that which has not expired. In this case, if no one has purchased the domain, then you simply purchase another domain mapping upgrade and start all over again. I tagged this thread for Staff to sort this for you.   I own the domain name artbyandyski.com and I’ve already updated my nameservers. The next step is to set up domain mapping, but when I click on Store > Domains, under subscription it says “Expired on March 26, 2012”. There’s no renew button, so I tried to “add domain to blog” and received this notification: This domain has already been mapped to a WordPress.com blog.
