Domain mapping inconsistent

  Any help I can get on this would be good.

  I have domain mapping for my site on wordpress.com (genroe1to1.genroe.com) and for the most part it works. However, quite often (not sure how often) people that use a link based on that domain report that it does not work. It works just fine for me every time and for most people but not all.

  I can’t discover any consistent theme in the failures. Can anyone suggest the problem and solution?

  Did you recently map the domain? If so, how long has it been mapped?

  No it was mapped almost 18 months ago and no changes to the setup since.

  Everything looks right on our end, and the DNS records seem fine.

  There might be a problem with TLD. I recommend contacting your registrar about this.

  Thanks for the review — I thought it all looked right but was still getting complaints. I’ll go back to the registrar on it.
