Domain Mapping is Expiring

  Our domain mapping is expiring in about a week. In the past we could renew for $13/year domain mapping service. But I can not find that option now. Please help. Everything says I must UPGRADE to a more costly service that we are not interested in.

  Hey there,

  If you click on My Sites in the upper left corner of the screen then look down the left sidebar and click on Domains. This brings up a screen where you can pick from Plans, Domains or Email.

  Select Domains then click on the Add Domain button (right side of screen). You should see the $13 option.

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own any domain mapping upgrades. That is why you’re being prompted to upgrade instead.

  The domain mapping upgrade for home.richwoodplace.org belongs to the user, richwoodplace. Only that user has the ability to renew the upgrade. If that is also your account, log in as that username, and you’ll see the upgrade listed on your Purchases page.
