Domain Mapping Is Not Working – Is There a Way to Contact WordPress to Tell Them That Their Product

Domain Mapping is not working. I am very frustrated that I cannot even contact WordPress about this. Does anyone know how to contact them? I’ve paid for this service. It should work. Thank you for any advise you can give.

What is the domain name you think you mapped and what is the base WordPress.COM site you did the mapping on??
that will help the staff help you first – also many of us in the forum can help with things like domain mapping issues – but only if you give us some info so we can maybe help
note that it can take 24 to 72 hours for domain mapping to fully spread across the internet – access to your site will be erratic during that time and you will be the last one to see the changes

I see two domain mapping upgrades associated with the account. One is working fine, the second is not.
It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
