Domain mapping issue

Hi,
For my site: wecarehk.com, the following error message appeared when I visit the site, or the wp-admin dashboard or the site: ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to
the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’I have mapped the domain to bluehost earlier but this error showed suddenly, how can I resolve this?

Hi, I purchased the domain from wordpress and hosting my site at bluehost. I used to map my domain to bluehost and it has been working for years, but now I have such an error message on my website. How can I resolve that problem? Do I have to move my domain to bluehost as well?

Your domain expired a couple months ago. We can try recovering it for you, but our registrar imposes a fee of $80 plus the normal registration fee.
Do you want us to try that, or would you prefer to register a new domain at Bluehost? If you want to pick a new domain, Bluehost will be able to assist.

In that case, I would like to purchase the new domain with bluehost. But can I keep the same domain name of wecarehk.com?
Because on bluehost it said the transfer of domain is currently locked. How can I unlock the domain at wordpress.com so I get purchase the same domain of “wecarehk.com” at bluehost?

There’s no guarantee that it’ll be possible to buy it from them.
Since the domain expired here, we would need to recover it, but you could certainly use it at Bluehost.
If we can recover it for you, then we can assist with the transfer or DNS changes you’ll need to make to use it elsewhere.
