Domain mapping issue

  I need to know please what I need to do to re-establish my domain http://www.dominicanaenmiami.com in order to change back the name servers to what they were prior to Sep 8th when I had the issue. I also want to transfer this domain to another server eventually since I need to avoid this in the future. My blog is dominicanaenmiami.wordpress.com

  the domain is mapped to the wordpress.com site but I need to point to nameservers hosted somewhere else. I need to know how to change the nameservers please.
