Domain mapping issue

  I am trying to map http://www.moosejawexpress.com to my WordPress site.
  It says this is free, but when prompted to enter the site it says
  C$17 payable. When I try to pay that amount it then says ‘Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.’

  The site I need help with is moosejawexpress.com. It is hosted by WordPress.com.

  I am using wordpress.com and trying to map moosejawexpress.com domain to https://moosejawexpress.wpcomstaging.com website.
