Domain mapping issue: mask out the xxx.wordpress.com doesn't work

  I’ve followed the various DNS steps to map my blog “vieneunachica.wordpress.com” to domain I own “vieneunachica.es”. I paid the upgrade.
  But still when I type “vieneunachica.es” it only redirects to “vieneunachica.wordpress.com” without masking out the xxx.wordpress.com.
  The redirection is OK but that’s a feature I can manage directly with my registrar. What I’m looking for is that visitors visiting “vieneunachica.es” don’t see the xxx.wordpress.com.
  What can I do?

  Did you update your primary domain? Go to your domain in the dashboard and mark your custom domain and then click the update primary domain button.

  Did you get WordPress.COM to make a zone record for your domain?

  Did you follow these instructions completely & exactly??

  @crossfitkarlstad: thanks. Thought I had updated the primary domain but I had marked the other box (vieneunachica.wordpress.com) instead. Now it marks out correctly :-)
