Domain mapping issues
-
Hello!
I got notified by the treasurer that he received an email that domain mapping expired. He is no longer active in our community organization and I’ve taken over the emails to try and rectify this situation.
When I try and fix it from the WordPress dashboard notification the option isn’t there?
I took over all this blog and hosts from numerous other community council members in January and have been trying to teach myself how to use all of this and godaddy and it has been a nightmare trying to get these former members to give access to accounts and passwords! Please help me get this back on track!
Thank you!

Hi there,
Are you referring to rosewoodcommunity.com? The domain mapping upgrade for that domain was already removed from the site on 24 October.
You can add a new domain mapping upgrade from My Site ->Manage ->Domains, but note that this also now requires upgrading the site to a paid plan.
We haven’t sold domain mapping as a stand-alone upgrade for several years now. But your site had an existing stand-alone upgrade, so as long as that was renewed on time each year, you could continue using it.
But as this upgrade has now expired and been removed from the site already, it is no longer possible to restore it, and adding a new upgrade will require a paid plan.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.
