domain mapping lost

    Dear wordpress-team

I’m not abe to contact you directly although I’m a paying customer. See details:

I am writing you concerning a serious problem regarding the domain mapping of my domain http://weloveoldgames.com respectively http://weloveoldgames.wordpress.com.

For this domain, I changed the plan from „free“ to „personal“, hoping for a wider range of formatting freedom regarding font sizes, etc. (CSS).
This was not the case, so I cancelled the purchase of the „personal plan“ after 48 hours.

With doing so, my already existing domain mapping also vanished. I pay $13 for this service per year and already payed the mapping till for the next months.

Now, the mapping seems to be only available in some plan, but I just want you to reactivate the mapping that existed till a few hours ago when it vanished alongside the plan I cancelled. I haven’t canceled the domain mapping and I don’t want a canceling.

Please reactivate the domain mapping for $13 annual fee that I already payed (see the screenshot attached) and want to keep.

    Thanks in advance,
    Philipp Rößler

    Hi Philipp,

No problem, I’ve restored the existing domain mapping upgrade for weloveoldgames.com. If weloveoldgamesdotcom.wordpress.com is still being displayed in your browser’s address bar, please try clearing your browser cache.

I’m not abe to contact you directly although I’m a paying customer.

Live chat and email support are included in paid plans. Cancelling the Personal plan reverted your site back to the Free plan, which is why you were routed here. These forums are where we provide support for sites using the Free plan :)

Please let me know if you need any further help.
