Domain mapping, need for assitance

  I want to mapp an existing domain I have, is .CL. But my main problem is that NIC.cl (organization that has give me my domain) ask me for the Domain Name an the IP adress. What can I do to solve this problem? The Mapping a Domain support part doesn’t give me the answer. Please help me. Thank you a lot.

  What is the exact domain name that you’re trying to map?
