Domain Mapping no longer working

    Until two days ago, our website worked properly – yesterday I found that ‘There’s a problem with the mapping for this domain.’ Everything looks fine in our domain configuration with our external provider , and in WordPress / Upgrades / Domains it shows as Active, but the ‘Registered until’ and ‘Auto-Renew’ are blank, and if I go to View Settings, it says Domain Connection Expired. Our domain is registered until sometime next year, so that’s not the problem.
    How do I get it re-mapped?

    Hi! You’ll need the domain registration as well as upgraded hosting here. You’ve recently had the Domain Connection upgrade; it’s a legacy upgrade we don’t offer anymore, but if you hurry you can renew while logged in as the user who bought it — username starts with B, and they’ll want to renew here ASAP.

    Otherwise, you’ll want to add paid hosting to properly map the domain. The Personal Plan would work well if everything else is working for you, and it would also remove ads from the site and give you direct support. Let us know if you have questions!

    Thank you for that, supernovia – we’ve had changes in our club administration, and trying to track down who did what is challenging!! This info helps! And yes, I’m thinking the paid plan might be the way to go.
