Domain mapping not found error message

  Hello,

  I seem to the only person that can currently access my new wordpress domain.

  When I share the url with friends and family back home, they just get the error message – domain mapping not found.

  Interestingly, I am in South America and having no issues accessing the blog. When I switch to a UK IP address, I get the same error message?

  Please advise.

  Hi Gracie,

  Thanks for getting back to me. I’m pretty new to this so don’t really understand how the domains really work.

  All I know so far is that this is down in my settings as my sites URL
  http://antipodeantalescom.wordpress.com

  But if I give that link to friends and family they just get the domain mapping error message.

  Essentially, all I’m trying to do is share my blogpost with friends and family that aren’t signed up to WordPress.

  Are you still seeing this issue? I am not having any trouble viewing https://antipodeantalescom.wordpress.com/ either as a logged in WordPress.com or as a normal non-logged in viewer.

  When I type in that url it comes up with someone elses blog about travelling in Europe??

  Right now I can’t view my domain successfully or access it unless I log in through the WordPress homepage.

  Is there a way I can email support? It seems like there is some issue with my account settings or domain name.

  Perhaps a character of the domain was mistyped resulting in a different site loading.

  The site is working properly.

  Still having problems, exactly the same url https://antipodeantales.wordpress.com/ still comes up with the other blog about Europe.

  Your site is antipodeantalescom.wordpress.com.

  antipodeantales.wordpress.com is a different site owned by someone else.

  These are 2 different sites, with a similar URL.

  Let me know if you have any other questions.
