DOMAIN MAPPING not possible for .it domain

  DOMAIN MAPPING NOT POSSIBLE FOR .IT DOMAIN.
  We want to map an already registered snipe.it domain. We operate as REGISTRAR on italian registration authority (www.nic.it). To delegate the DNS zone to WordPress they need the DNS to be correctly configured. At the same time WordPress needs the delegation before configuring the zone. WE ARE IN A LOOP! Can you please help us since at the moment we have our blog down!!!

  I can add a Zone Record for your domain. What’s your .it domain?

  Hello, the zone we want to add is snipe.it, and it should have:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  configured as authoritative DNS.

  I added a new DNS Zone record for your domain. This change may take a little while to be fully effective. Could you give it some time then try updating the name servers again?

  Thank you, we changed the authoritative DNS for the snipe.it domain but we have to wait some time for the modification to propagate (you can check the new configuration here: http://www.nic.it/web-whois/index.jsf). Is there a way to begin configuring the DNS zone on your nameservers not having to wait till tonight? In particular we want to add these google MX records:

  MX 20 alt1.aspmx.l.google.com.
MX 20 alt2.aspmx.l.google.com.
MX 40 aspmx2.googlemail.com.
MX 40 aspmx3.googlemail.com.
MX 10 aspmx.l.google.com.

  we’d like to do this before the new dns become effective not to risk to lose mail.

  You can add DNS records when you map the domain to your blog. You can go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.
