Domain mapping not working

  Hi! we’re having trouble understanding why rmspilot.com (which recently expired but has now been renewed) is not re-mapped to our blog rmspilot.wordpress.com? rmspilot.com now just displays “go daddy.com”, instead of redirecting, even when the mapping has been paid and renewed. rmspilot.com doesnt show in the “domain” area within the wordpress panel either, only rmspilot.wordpress.com.

  I’m sorry, it seems something went wrong during the domain mapping renewal. I’ve added the credits back to your WordPress.com, please try to purchase the domain mapping upgrade again with those credits.

  Still having some trouble here.. where do i locate these credits? are they in the form of a coupon-code that i can use? the domain renewal was paid by visa card, is the money being refunded to the card, or can we locate these credits internally through the wordpress-account. In that case, i am not able to find out where or how to do this. perhaps instead of refunding the credits you could link map our rmspilot.com domain for us?

  What will happen is that when you go through the checkout process, there will be a button that says ‘Pay with WordPress.com Credits’ for you to click.

  The purchase wasn’t refunded to your Visa card, but we instead gave you credits on your WordPress.com account.
