can anyone give me help with domain mapping – getting the following error msg:
Important DNS Information
Your DNS change has been unsuccessful. This happens when the name servers have entered are incorrectly set up by your hosting provider. LetsHost can not resolve this issue, and you must contact your hosting provider to correct this issue. Please contact your hosting provider, and ask them to ensure the name servers are correctly configured for your account, and then retry the DNS change. Repeatedly trying to change the DNS settings will not resolve this issue.

What exactly are you trying to do? What is your wordpress.com blog and what is the URL of the domain that you are trying to map? Have you changed the domain name servers over to wordpress.com?

Hey Trent
i’m trying to point my website to my wordpress blog
wordpress blog: http://cllrlauramc.wordpress.com/
domain: lauramcgonigle.iei dont know how to change the domain name servers to wordpres s(or what that even means!)
-
Have you registered that domain already? Is that where LetsHost comes in? If you did already register that name, contact your registrar of where you registered the domain and get them to change the name servers for you.

No, not very likely. WP’s domain management provider experience difficulties, we’ve been told…

Try sending a support request once they open up. If you’ve changed the nameservers with your domain registrar and the problem still persists, that’s your only answer.
