domain mapping not working
-
Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.
If this is your domain name and it has recently stopped working, it’s possible that your plan or domain may have expired. Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain.

My plan did expire. I reactivated it and now I am trying to restore my site. I tried adding my domain back but it requires an auth code. I go to namecheap for an auth code and they tell me I can’t have access to that unless i have hosting with them, i don’t need their hosting. Namecheap tells me that I need to contact you, and your instructions tell me to contact namecheap so I am stuck in a loop and my website is still down!

Can you verify the domain you are wanting to add back to the site? Is it
silverstreet.capital? -

Hi there, @rokz03!
Thanks for confirming.
The issue here is that the Domain Connection subscription for
silverstreet.capitalwas missing from your site. That subscription is free with your plan and is needed to connect a domain registered elsewhere to WordPress.com. I was able to add that Domain Connection subscription for you and now this domain is connected to your WordPress.com site. You can now visit your WordPress.com site at https://silverstreet.capital
