domain mapping not working

  Hello,

  I have 2 sites on wordpress:
  – First site name khensharatwins.com (Premium plan) contains the following domains:
  1. khensharatwins.com (REGISTERED DOMAIN)
  2. ar.khensharatwins.com (MAPPED DOMAIN)
  3. khensharatwins.wordpress.com (INCLUDED WITH SITE)

  – Second site name is arkhensharatwins.wordpress.com (Free Plan) contain the following domain:
  1. arkhensharatwins.wordpress.com (INCLUDED WITH SITE)

  I need to map arkhensharatwins.wordpress.com to ar.khensharatwins.com

  Hi @khensharatwins,

  Thank you for the details. Each WordPress Plan get’s a single custom domain credit. You can either register a domain or map a domain. I can notice you have already registered a domain with WordPress and connected it a free site.

  If you want to map a new domain(sub-domain) to a WordPress.com site, you would need to purchase one more plan. You can then follow the instructions to map a sub domain with your existing domain.

  Also, note if your purpose is just to Map your domain –– a Personal plan can be best suitable for you(don’t need to buy Premium Plan).
  As you are a Premium Plan user, you also get access to Live Chat and priority email at this link.
