Domain mapping on entry level upgrade

    I have a free account but have now bought a URL and would like to do domain mapping so I may use this new website address. Can this be done with a updated Personal account? When I try to do it, it defaults to the Premium option at 8.25 USD x 12 months

    Hi andrewbearhugs!

    If you would like to do the Personal Plan found in the pricing section of WordPress.com first you’ll need to go to manage account under your settings, or by clicking the link I provided. Click on the Upgrade Now button and you’ll have the option to choose your site. After choosing the site you wish to upgrade, the three plans will be shown. Be sure to click on the Upgrade button under the Personal column. You should be billed 35.88 USD (2.99 USD x 12 months). If the error still occurs, I would suggest to tag this with the modlook tag to get more in-depth help from staff.
