    Hi there,

You can map your domain here at WordPress.com, refer below link
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

If you wish to move your domain and transfer here at WordPress.com then refer below link
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/

In both cases you need have upgraded WordPress.com plan

Let me know if you need more information on this.

    All the best!

just wanted to know which is better. Also do both options cost me additional money?

    Hi there.

Yes both options costs you additional money. You can read the difference between two and decide which one to opt.

    1. Transfer the registration. Your domain registration and billing will be moved from your current domain provider to WordPress.com. That means in future you’ll manage all aspects of your domain here, including renewal, cancellation, or a future transfer.

    2. Map the domain. Your domain registration will stay with your current provider, and you’ll point the domain to WordPress.com instead. Use this if your domain is less than 60 days old, or you have a domain extension that cannot be transferred to WordPress.com. The domain will show your WordPress.com site, and depending on how you point it here you’ll be able to set up email and manage your DNS via our domain manager, but you’ll still need to pay your current provider for the domain’s renewal every year.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
