Domain mapping – page not redirecting

  Hi

  I have a domain (crossfit-bristol.com) mapped to my wordpress site (http://crossfitbristol.wordpress.com).

  Accidentally I let the domain lapse and had to go through Redemption to get the domain back. I have the domain back and its pointed at http://crossfitbristol.wordpress.com but tells me it is not redirecting.

  I have tried both http/https and firefox tells me that the redirect is incorrect but I am repeating what was done before. This process works on other sites – indeed I cam point the same url and it works immediately.

  If I put http://crossfitbristol.wordpress.com (the destination) into my browser I cant access my workpress site. The problem seems to be at the wordpress end. I cant access the wordpress site via the wordpress address either (http://crossfitbristol.wordpress.com)
  yet I can log in at https://crossfitbristol.wordpress.com/wp-login.php

  No changes have made to the wordpress settings and this domain has worked here since 2008. WordPress domain mappping shows active for this url until 2015.

  Finally, this is how I make my living – we have had no new customers since October as our website has gone from 1 in google for our terms to not listing please help…

  It looks like your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet:

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
