Domain mapping payment

  Hello,

  I have 2 sites with WordPress. I am trying to renew 1 of them, but it won’t work. My credit card on file was expired, but I fixed it.

  Under primary website, it has the URL of the other site I have.

  However, I am wanting 1 credit card for the site that needs renewing now, and a different credit card for my other site. Is this possible?

  That is possible, but you’ll need to be logged in as the account which owns the upgrades to do that.

  The account you’re currently logged in as has no upgrades under it.

  What is the domain name you’re trying to renew the mapping for? (we have absolutely no mapping records for drstevekindsvater.com)

  i have faced similar issue , but then i contact support and they helped me with the renewal issue
