domain mapping payment not received

Hi,
I made a payment to renew my domain mapping like 4 days ago, still I am receiving ‘this domain will expire in 2 days’ messages, and if I go to the dashboard it appears as unpaid. I got the email with the transaction ID, do you need me to send it to you privately?
