domain mapping payment window freezes after being redirected from PayPal

  Hi Support,
  I am trying to set up domain mapping for a friend. I have already setup the the 3 nameservers on the domain registar, waited few days and have tried to purchase the domain mapping upgrade several times without any luck. The issue is that after I confirm the purchase from Paypal and it redirects me back to wordpress.com to confirm the order, I do not see any button to confirm the order and also, none of the links work on the page. I have tried several browsers, FF, Safari and IE with all same result – freezing with no confirmation button on page.

  the wordpress site is mystarsong.wordpress.com and we are trying to map teresafoxworthy.com and teresaannfoxworthy.com to it.

  your support will be greatly appreciated.

  the same thing happened to me, the page freezes when I wanted to confirm the Paypal purchase. They even charged money and I never got the upgrade! This basically means I will and can not use WordPress.com . And where is the support, I tried contacting but no help!

  paypal did not work for me, i didn’t see any charges on my paypal either because when it takes you back to wordpress.com site you have to confirm the order which never happened because when it takes you back, the page freezes and no confirm buttons appears.

  instead, i used credit card this time and it worked without issue. so there is something funny going on with their paypal express payment system.

  Hi there,
  Just to be clear I’m a Volunteer and you need Staff help. The blog URLs Staff will need to sort this out are the ones for the specific blog you were attempting to purchase upgrades for. :)

  Howdy all. Glad to hear the credit card was a way to work around it. This was a temporary bug with our PayPal connection that we’ve since sorted out. Glad you guys found a way around it, sorry for the trouble.
