Domain Mapping Problem

I messed up and wondered if anything can be done about it. I assume there is a solution, but I can’t make it happen. I have one blog (preventconcussions.com) that I have mapped to my own domain (the domain is registered elsewhere). I wanted to map my other blog to a different domain I already have registered. Well, I did that, but I was accidentally logged into my preventconcussions.com blog instead of jimkielbaso.wordpress.com. So, now I have two domains (that are registered elsewhere) mapped to preventconcussions.com. When I realized this happened, I tried to cancel the process, but it told me that I don’t own that domain (because I own it elsewhere, not on WP). So, I went to my jimkielbaso.wordpress.com blog and tried to map it there. Now I’m told that the domain is already mapped to another domain. Frustrating. Both of my blogs are under the same “account” so there should be a way to transfer the mapping from one to the other or at least cancel my “order” for domain mapping, but I can’t seem to do either. I sent a support ticket in two days ago, but haven’t heard back. I’m a little concerned because it says I can only cancel the transaction within 48 hours of placing it. I realize that I messed this up, but there must be a solution other than waiting for one year for the mapping to expire. Can anyone help or provide a solution? Thanks.

Note that it’s just domain registration that has the 48 hour cancelation policy, not domain mapping. Moving domains between blogs is something the support team can help you do. I’ve moved the jimkielbaso.com domain mapping upgrade to jimkielbaso.wordpress.com for you.

Awesome. Thanks for your help. That is exactly what I needed done.
