Domain mapping problem

    Hy,

I need a little help in domain mapping whit my new guildwars2.hu domain. When I try to map this domain I get this error message: Sorry but guildwars2.hu has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.

The domain is registered, it’s pingable. I missed something? I heard it’s a general problem whit the .hu domains, but nobody can say how can I fix this.

If I try to change NS at the domain provider, I get this message:
    M-PRIF -E- [guildwars2.hu] Cannot get domain data (198.181.116.9 ns1.wordpress.com)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you followed the instructions here about updating Nameservers then it might be a propagation issue. It takes a few minutes up to 72 hours for a new domain name to propagate across the internet.

I’ve tagged this for a staff follow-up as other users have had issues with the hu domain in the past.

Staff can check for you and let you know which one it is.

    Hello @fubenalvo:

I’ve mapped the domain for you – you’ll need to go in and renew it for a full year.

Currently, your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers. You can view the current name servers on this page:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/?host=guildwars2.hu

You’ll need to update the name servers with your domain registrar. This article explains how:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

The name servers for WordPress.com are:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

If you’re not sure how to change them, please contact your registrar for assistance.

Once you have updated the name servers, it may take up to 48 hours for the domain to be pointed to your WordPress.com site.

You can then set your custom domain as the primary address for your site here:

    https://guildwars2hu.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

Select your domain from the list, and then click the “Update Primary Domain” button to save the change.
