Domain Mapping Problem
-
I built a blog on WordPress.com, and mapped it to my domain, foreverkingofpop.com.
I decided to make it a bit more advanced by trying out WordPress.org. All was going well, until I tried to point my new blog to the same domain. Now I seem to have lost access to my wp-admin on the new blog, and the theme has now disappeared on the new blog, which can still be found at http://jackpots365.com/foreverkingofpop.com. When I add the wp-admin extension to the url, it redirects me to WordPress.com and I cannot access the new blog admin to make any changes!
Can anyone suggest what I might be able to do?
Thanks

foreverkingofpop.com is still pointing to wordpress.COM according to the whois information. You have to stop the domain mapping here and you need to change the nameservers for your domain name over to the nameservers for your new web host.

If by chance you have repointed the domain name to the new web host, then it can take 24-72 hours for it to propagate through all the internet nameservers.
