Domain mapping problems

Problems with domain mapping. I have domain markussalo.com from Network Solutions. Would they need Zone record to enable this? Already re-mapped my domain on Sunday – does not work. Haven’t heard from their support.
Blog url: http://memppu.wordpress.com/ -
I don’t see any domain mapping upgrade associated with that blog.
If you’d like to map markussalo.com to your WordPress site, you can do so by following the instructions on this page:

Hi,
Sorry, I didn’t have this done. But did it now. Did not change my situation? What do you suggest next?
br,
Markus

Your nameservers still aren’t pointed to us: http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/markussalo.com
Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ they need to be:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM -
Hi,
Sorry if I am not getting it right, but what I see there is that they are specifically pointing at you in Paris, France. Right?
-
Ah, now they’re pointed to us in Paris. Now you just need to wait for the domain changes to propagate to your area.
It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.

Hi,
Still having problems. I have this tip on my frontpage: Tip: You’re one step away from using http://www.markussalo.com as your blog address. Click here to activate xxx.com
But when I click, nothing happens…. this has been the situation for 2 days now…
-
You can make it active via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
However, your nameservers are still only pointing to us in Paris. I recommend contacting your domain registrar about this.
-
-
It means that only visitors from the Paris area will see the domain pointing to your WordPress.com blog.
-
Hi again,
I am getting a bit frustrated here. I called my domain registrar who told that the problem lies at WordPress (your servers not propagating or something..) Can you please tell me what to do?!?
-
Well, there’s not much more to say. You’re welcome to try mapping it by adding it via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard, but this is pretty definitive of a problem on their end: http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/markussalo.com
-
ok. When I type in http://www.markussalo.com now it points to your front page saying markussalo.com does not exist. You still think the problem is not yours? It doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that I have added http://www.markussalo.com not just markussalo.com to my domains?
-
You purchased a Site Redirect upgrade for markussalo.com, which is the oposite of what you want to do.
You’ll need to purchase a Domain Mapping upgrade.
Would you like me to cancel and refund the Site Redirect upgrade?
