Domain Mapping Purchase not Recognised

  Howdy, The domain mapping for our site expired in April 2015. We renewed it in August 2015. It is in the billing history for the site but lists as expired on the dashboard.

  Interestingly accessing the site (www.vicmicroscopy.net.au) from a phone works just fine. On a full browser you get a message saying the redirect expired in april.

  Any ideas?

  Hello –

  The domain mapping is what was renewed in August, the actual domain registration for vicmicroscopy.net.au has not yet been renewed.

  If you go to:

  wordpress.com/my-domains

  You’ll be able to re-register that domain so that the mapping will work again.
