Domain Mapping Question

  I am a relative newbie to domain name mapping. One of my customers purchased a domain name through GoDaddy and I went through the process of mapping it to the WordPress blog (electjohnprice.wordpress.com) and it works. My question is: Is there a way to map it so that the URL stays electjohnprice.com (without the wordpress.com)? Not sure if I am articulating the question properly, so I am hoping that someone will understand and be able to answer. Everyone on the forums has been so nice and helpful!

  Do it, and the URL will stay electjohnprice.com
