Domain Mapping Question

  Hi everyone,

  I’m new here and am having difficulty with something in regards to domain mapping.

  I own a .ca domain, and I would like to map it to WordPress (I do not have a blog with wordpress yet). My Registrar is Yola, and I want to know how all of this can be done so I get to keep the .ca ending of my domain.

  And do I have to create a blogtitle.wordpress.com blog before I can map it? And if I do this, will it show up as my own domain when users visit my site?

  Yes you need a blog here before any mapping can be done – once the mapping is done then your visitors will see your-domain.ca when they visit
