domain mapping questions?

  I have a domain and the website already set up and would like to be able to have a blog style reviews page where users can leave reviews/comments. What I don’t want is for the url to be mysite.wordpress.com. What I would is for the url to be mysite.com/reviews.php, but in a blog style format. Can this be done, and if so how?
