Domain mapping refund
-
I was recently charged $13 for domain mapping on a blog I don’t even use anymore. Months ago I logged into my blog and changed the mapping so it didn’t do it anymore. Apparently it didn’t work because I was just charged the annual $13 again.
I really want this refunded because I don’t want the mapping anymore.
How can I get this refunded?

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received. -

Aux, that is what I meant to say…that I turned off auto renewal. At least that is what I thought I did.
When logged in as an admin to my blog, I can’t even find the screen that allows for domain mapping. It seems like wordpress has been redesigned since I last logged in back in June. And when I go to the store, it doesn’t show any upgrades purchased.
