Domain mapping refund

  Hi, I bought domain mapping from WordPress.com today but then discovered I had been mis-informed and I can not actually install the third-party theme I purchased; and have to install wordpress.org instead…..
  Can I please have a refund for the mapping applied to magicreativedotme.wordpress.com ? (magicreative.me)

  1) ask for a refund of the theme from the people you bought it from, spelling out that you’re hosted at Wp.com.

  2) go to your Dashboard->store and start the process for a refund. You have a 48 hour window to do this.

  Thanks Raincoaster.
  Personally I think it should be made more clear at Theme Forest that third-party themes are only supported by WordPress.org, not .com as not everyone is that tech-savy or is even aware that the 2 are completely different entities.

  I agree. It’s unethical to sell people things they may not be able to use.
