Domain mapping refund
-
Hi, I am trying to get a refund for $13 for the domain mapping of my blog. I realized that I don’t need this feature. I added this feature less than 30 days ago. The error message says this:
“You will not receive a refund of the cost of this domain as it was purchased more than 30 days ago or there was a problem finding your payment. Please contact support if you have any queries about this cancellation.”
I suppose there must be a problem finding my payment. I need help with this.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, and you are within the window of time allowed for a refund, you will be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Your billing is at Dashboard > Store > Billing HistoryI added this feature less than 30 days ago.

Thanks for your reply. I just looked at my billing history, and, well. . .darn. I added domain mapping more than 30 days ago (32 days). Sorry about that, marking this thread as resolved.
