Domain Mapping Refund

I had domain mapping for my site http://www.infohok.com, I have deleted the domain mapping on 12-27-2014, Its been more than week since I have delete the mapping but the refund is not reflecting in my account.

This is sad to mention that no one responding to inconvenience I am facing being a customer , I would request you to kindly revert to this sting and provide an update. Sadly worst service received from WordPress ever.

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Thank you TimeThief for your reply, I made the transaction on 27 Dec, 2014 and on the same day I requested to cancel the Domain Mapping service. Today, its 11th day since I have not heard any updates from WP Staff. In my case they are absolutely unresponsive.
