Domain mapping refund

  I need to cancel the domain alibennett.com
  It has been mapped to my blog alikbennett.wordpress.com yesterday and need to cancel it and a refund

  Hello there,
  You will need to use the same process you used to cancel domain mapping and get a refund in the past.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades for any blog, you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  When I try to cancel and refund myself through the store, it says I cannot cancel because I did not register it through WordPress, but I did…

  Hi again,
  Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

  How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

  Please don’t bump your thread by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

  I’m happy to cancel this domain for you, I just need to make sure you understand if you cancel alibennett.com, you may not be able to get it back. So if you intend to use the domain alibennett.com somewhere else, there are options that work better than canceling.

  If you don’t intend to use alibennett.com at all let me know and I’ll be happy to cancel it for you.
