Domain Mapping refund
-
Hello, I have managed to successfully launch my WP site (after deleting the original one and having to rebuild it!)
At the time I purchased Domain Mapping for £11 to link the WP site I’d created to http://thegoldenretouch.wordpress.com. I realise now that this isn’t what I needed to do!
Since then, I used WP Clone to successfully copy my site from the development site at anthonygolden.co.uk to thegoldenretouch.co.uk. Everything works fine.
As a result, I’m pretty sure the Domain Mapping service I paid for is surplus to requirements but I can’t log in to the original thegoldenretouch.wordpress.com site to check this as it forwards to thegoldenretouch.
Can anyone advise whether I can get a refund for this Domain Mapping service and if so how I’d go about it?
Thanks in advance.
